We act only for injured people, never for insurers, in motor vehicle, workers' compensation, public liability and TPD, income protection and superannuation claims, anywhere in the state.

- Karl had been acting for plaintiffs in personal injury claims for years before he set up KW Compensation Lawyers. He founded the firm so that injured people could have a lawyer who stays with their claim personally, from the first phone call to the final settlement.

- The lawyer who assesses your claim is the lawyer who runs it, serves the notices, deals with the insurer and sits beside you at the conference. Files are not handed down the line once you have signed.
